Product Use:

This series of equipment is suitable for the extrusion processing of copper, lithium, zinc, aluminum, magnesium, lead and other metals and their alloys, and can produce various building profiles, industrial profiles, vehicle and aviation profiles. Product Features:

1. Host Part:

· Main components such as the main cylinder body and front beam are made of high-quality cast steel.

· The main plunger is made of cold-hardened cast iron, and the piston rod surface is hard chrome-plated and finely ground with a small roughness.

· The tension column is made of 45# steel casting and has been inspected by flaw detection.

· The oil cylinder of the shearing mechanism uses an inverted type, which is stable and durable.

· The die-changing oil cylinder is a direct-push type, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.

· The stroke of the locking oil cylinder can be extended, which is suitable for extruding seamless aluminum tubes.

· The extrusion rod and extrusion cylinder are treated with special quenching process, which effectively extends the service life of the extrusion tool.

· The feeder oil cylinder is external and stable and reliable.

· Planar guide rail structure, the center of the moving crossbeam is adjustable, making it easy to calibrate the extrusion center of the machine.

2. Hydraulic Part:

· The system adopts separate high and low pressure configuration, differential connection, which has fast response, swift and stable action, and effectively extends the service life of the main valve.

· The hydraulic system of XC-1800T and above series aluminum profile extrusion machines is divided into:

n Traditional slide valve control system

n Dismountable valve (VC valve system), users can choose according to their own requirements

· Proportional valves and servo valves can be added to enable the system to achieve speed regulation, pressure regulation, and constant speed extrusion to meet the requirements of special extrusion processes.

· Imported seals are used in the high-pressure part, with less oil leakage.

3. Electrical Control Part:

· The main motor adopts a 6-pole horizontal structure, which greatly extends the service life of the pump.

· It adopts imported programmable logic controller (PLC) control.

· The operation panel is set to manual, semi-automatic/automatic, reflecting the concept of humanized design.

· Key components of strong electricity and weak electricity adopt imported parts.
